“My Dad was an angry guy. I grew up to be just like him…the very thing in life I tried hardest to avoid. I was the worst to those I loved the most. I constantly felt like a failure, hated myself and then blamed my dad for how I felt. But after he died I had no one left to blame. I was faced with myself and could barely deal with it. It was a reality I had run from all my life.

Seminars for Parents of Angry, High – Risk Teenagers

Seething, persistent anger in teenagers is not a normal part of adolescence, nor is it acceptable, just as underlying rage in men is not normal nor acceptable. Teenagers dress in protective armor to shield the vulnerability the typical teenager battles.  If he experienced excess anger while growing up, he will likely act out the same without even realizing it.  Thus, intervening with teens early on is key to permanent change as he or she grows into adulthood.

Parents need not navigate this struggle alone.  Find comfort, direction and tools to help you safely guide your adolescent through this difficult time of life in seminars specifically designed to help Parents of Angry Teens.
